EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We dont do returns but if you have any problem with the order dont hesitate in ask us and we will see what can we do.
SHIPPING
We take more or less 3 business days for dispatch. It will take around 1 or 3 weeks in arrive in the European Union and orders outside of the European Union between 2 weeks and 2 months.
If you have not received your order within 1 month from the dispatch date please let us know.
The shipping cost are without insurance, we recomend to purchase the items with insurance if you want to protect your shipping.

CAMBIOS & DEVOLUCIONES
No aceptamos devoluciones pero si has tenido algun problema con el pedido no dudes en escribirnos t veremos que podemos hacer.
ENVIO
Preparamos el pedido mas o menos en 3 días laborales para envío. Tarda alrededor de 1 o 3 semanas en llegar en la Unión Europea y los pedidos de fuera de la Unión Europea entre 2 semanas y 2 meses.
Si no has recibido tu pedido en 1 mes desde la fecha de envio por favor haznoslo sabes.
Los costes de envio no incluyen seguro, recomendamos hacer el pedido con el seguro incluido si quieres proteger tu pedido.
